name; simple.
allegiance; loner, kittypet, shoreclan.
position; if you put 'shoreclan' above; leader, deputy, warrior, etc.
gender; self-explanatory
age; in moons or seasons. leaders must be thirty or more moons, deputies twenty-five. warriors are more than 12 moons old, apprentices six. you can't have a four-moon-old leader- no matter how intelligent or powerful or beautiful (aka mary sueish) they are.

short appearance; your cat in one sentence.
fur color;
eyes;
special features;
appearance; at least one paragraph. typical mary sueish appearances are: completely nice and kind and amazingly beautiful that everybody loves them immediately. your cat cannot be beautiful naturally, and have no flaws whatsoever. if they are amazingly pretty, then it's most likely because of careful grooming, and they must have more personality flaws to make up for it.

strengths; at least three.
weaknesses; at least three.
likes; at least five.
dislikes; at least five.
personality; at least two paragraphs. make these original and believable. your cat is not a mindless serial killer, they are not 'bloodthirsty' or anything. if you must make a character like that, then make it a result or a disease or something, but the app must be super good. in fact, if anything is out of the ordinary or mary-sueish, the app must be very, very good to impress me. your cat does have weaknesses. they are not perfect.

family; none of that 'his parents all died in this horrible flood and he's the only survivor' crap. one or two parents, or a sibling, could be dead, but they can't ALL have died and expect a tiny three-moon-old kit to survive.
heritage; what they were originally. riverclan, thunderclan, loner, etc. optional- just something to explain your cat's characteristics.
history; 2-3 paragraphs. make this realistic. if your cat is a kit or an apprentice, i'm not expecting it to be as long as for, say, a leader- they didn't have much of a life to write about in the first place. but histories are a very important part of what makes your character tick, and i'm expecting a lot of effort put into them.
